We offer, Route, a third party insurance for all orders. The cost is up to 2% of your cart total (with a minimum of $.98), when you opt in. This insurance protects from damage, loss, and theft. This is an amazing service that helps to avoid issues, time & money wasted during the busiest time of the year.
Orders that declined Route Insurance:
You do have an option to decline the coverage, however, if your order is lost/stolen or damaged we will not issue a refund or replacement. In some cases, we may offer a store credit. We highly recommend this service for ALL orders, but especially for orders placed during the Holiday Season.

Canada: 3-5 business days
North America: 1-3 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and of course, weather and/or other events out of our control.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once your order has safely left our possession, AJA Naturals is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable packages.
If you experience a loss, undeliverable, stolen or damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier OR your local post office.
No refunds, replacements or store credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered.
TRACKING
No changes in address are permitted after 48 hours OR once tracking is sent (whichever comes first).
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation via e-mail within: 24 hours of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. All products are extensively researched and go through a thorough inspection to ensure freshness, quality & effectiveness. We believe in our products & trust that you'll be satisfied with your AJA Naturals experience. Therefore, we ask you to please be aware that All Sales Are Final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
